- June 30, 2026 – guests can no longer earn points through the loyalty programme.

Why is Quandoo shutting down?
Quandoo was acquired in 2015 by Recruit Holdings, a Japanese company best known for Indeed and Glassdoor. Restaurants were never Recruit Holdings' core business. After disappointing results since the pandemic — including losses in 2020 and layoffs in 2021 — and growing pressure from platforms like TheFork and local, commission-free alternatives, Recruit Holdings decided to shut Quandoo down as part of a broader portfolio review.
